Role Overview
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Copper Trunk team—someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about building high-performing teams. This is a key role within the organisation where you'll own the complete recruitment lifecycle while also supporting HR operations. As the primary HR team member, you'll work closely with leadership and department heads to attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent as Copper Trunk continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment across design, sales, operations, marketing, and other business functions.
● Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
● Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
● Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from the first interaction to onboarding.
● Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
● Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
● Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, policy implementation, and HR administration.
● Help build and streamline HR processes as the company scales.
● Assist in expanding the HR function and contribute to creating a strong people-first culture.
● Represent Copper Trunk's employer brand across hiring platforms and professional networks.
What We're Looking For
● 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Recruitment.
● Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
● Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
● Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.
● Good organisational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
● Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
● A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
