Role overview
NIHT Digital Marketing Institute is hiring a Multimedia Trainer for ( Bhawanipore & Ultadanga Branch ) our Generative AI module. You will teach students how to create images, videos, and avatars using AI tools, and how to combine those outputs into real content for social media, brands, and personal portfolios.
This role sits inside our Gen AI section, not our digital marketing section.
Key responsibilities
Deliver classes on AI image, video, and avatar generation to student batches.
Plan lessons, exercises, and projects that match what creators and agencies actually do.
Train students on prompt writing, AI workflows, and post-production using Adobe tools.
Guide students to build a strong AI-generated content portfolio.
Track student progress through assignments, reviews, and projects.
Keep the curriculum updated as new AI tools come out.
Required skills
Hands-on experience with AI image tools: Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo
Hands-on experience with AI video tools: Runway, Sora, Pika, Kling, Luma
Hands-on experience with AI avatar tools: HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
Ability to write clear, effective prompts and get consistent results
Strong spoken and written English communication
Well-groomed and presentable, comfortable being in front of a classroom every day
Good patience with first-time learners.
Preferred
Social media content creation experience (Reels, Shorts, short-form video)
Personal creator presence or published AI work
Previous training, teaching, or workshop experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred but not mandatory. A strong portfolio matters more than a degree.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
