Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced German Language Trainer to provide high-quality language training to students and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in the German language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping learners achieve their language goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct German language training sessions for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance through regular tests and activities.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to help students improve their language proficiency.
- Create an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Assist students in preparing for internationally recognized German language examinations such as Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, and TELC.
- Stay updated with modern language teaching techniques and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in German, Foreign Languages, Education, or a related field.
- German language certification (Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, TELC, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written German.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to teach learners from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in academic, corporate, or professional language training.
- Near-native or advanced-level German proficiency.
- Experience in preparing students for German language certification examinations.
