About the Role
Next Level Events is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding event requirements, preparing proposals, and converting inquiries into successful bookings for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, social gatherings, and other celebrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for event services.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their event requirements, budget, and expectations.
- Present event concepts, decoration themes, venue options, and service packages.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event presentations.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and event execution team to ensure smooth client handover.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in CRM.
- Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Generate business through referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Attend exhibitions, wedding expos, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Event Sales, Hospitality Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable meeting clients and conducting site visits.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to work on weekends and event days when required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

- Passionate about events, weddings, and customer service.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Local knowledge of Ranchi and surrounding areas is an advantage.
