About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Robotics Test Engineer Intern to assist in testing, validation, and troubleshooting of humanoid robotic systems. This internship offers hands-on experience in robotics testing, quality assurance, and system performance evaluation while working closely with engineering and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in functional, mechanical, and electrical testing of robotic systems and components.
- Execute test cases and validation procedures under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Identify, document, and report defects, issues, and test observations.
- Support quality inspections of incoming materials, assemblies, and finished products.
- Maintain testing records, reports, and issue-tracking logs.
- Assist in performing endurance, reliability, and stress testing of robotic systems.
- Help verify the performance of sensors, actuators, motors, and embedded hardware.
- Support troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis.
- Follow testing SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and embedded systems concepts.
- Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation practices.
