Here's the thing — great hiring starts way before an interview. It starts with finding the RIGHT people. And that's exactly what this role is about.
We need a Sourcer who doesn't just send profiles but sends the RIGHT profiles. Someone who reads a JD and already knows what the hiring manager actually cares about, even when it's not written explicitly.
You're a great fit if you:
Have 5+ years of sourcing experience
Are a LinkedIn Recruiter power user — Boolean, filters, project pipelines, all of it
Can break down any JD into must-haves, nice-to-haves, & dealbreakers in minutes
Have sourced across IT (developers, data, product), Non-IT (sales, ops, finance), and Operational roles
Know the difference between a profile that looks good and a profile that IS good
Believe that sourcing is a craft, not just a numbers game
Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to write sharper outreach, build Boolean strings faster, or research candidates smarter — that's a big plus!
