Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Manpower Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, manpower planning, and employee exit processes.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely workforce availability.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
2. Employee Onboarding & Training
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate safety, SOP, ERP, behavioural, and skill development training.
- Maintain training records and training calendars.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and monitor KRA/KPI systems.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and employee development plans.
- Drive employee recognition and reward programs.
4. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift records.
- Coordinate payroll processing and resolve attendance-related issues.
- Ensure accurate employee attendance and payroll data.
5. HR Policies, Compliance & Statutory Management
- Implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, and other labour laws.
- Maintain statutory records and support audits and inspections.
6. Administration & Security Management
- Oversee housekeeping, canteen, transport, security, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day plant administration activities.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and festival celebrations.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
8. Daily HR Operations
- Review daily attendance and manpower reports.
- Monitor workplace discipline, hygiene, and workforce deployment.
- Conduct regular shop-floor visits to address employee concerns and maintain discipline.
9. ERP & HR Documentation
- Maintain employee records in ERP/HRMS systems.
- Update employee movements and organizational records.
- Generate HR MIS reports and management dashboards.
10. SOP & Code of Conduct Compliance
- Ensure implementation of company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Promote adherence to the company's code of conduct across all departments.
11. Skill Development & Employee Relations
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate development programs.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain healthy employee and industrial relations.
12. Contractor & Manpower Management
- Monitor contractor manpower deployment and attendance.
- Verify contractor bills and statutory compliance documents.
- Ensure adequate manpower availability to meet production requirements.
13. Statutory Compliance & Labour Relations
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with government authorities during inspections and audits.
- Maintain strong industrial and labour relations within the plant.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
