Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop/laptop issues, networking support, hardware maintenance, and CCTV monitoring & maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Handle LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues and basic network troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems and cameras.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements when required.
- Provide technical support to end users for system-related issues.
- Install and configure operating systems, applications, and antivirus software.
- Maintain IT asset records and system documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and user complaints.
- Support basic server and backup activities if required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration, switches, routers).
- Experience in handling CCTV cameras and DVR/NVR systems.
- Familiarity with Windows OS installation and configuration.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in desktop support / IT support role preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Responsible and proactive approach toward IT support activities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
