We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions using our AI platform, Helpx.ai. The role involves understanding client requirements and converting them into production-ready AI agents, workflows, and integrations.
Experience: 1–4 years; strong freshers with hands-on AI projects may also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Understand business/client requirements and design appropriate AI automation solutions.
- Build and configure single-agent and multi-agent AI systems.
- Design and implement AI workflows and process automations.
- Configure and integrate MCP servers/tools and external systems.
- Develop APIs and backend integrations when required.
- Work with LLMs, prompts, tools/function calling, APIs, databases, and third-party services.
- Configure, test, deploy, and troubleshoot complete AI solutions on Helpx.ai.
- Rapidly build POCs/MVPs for new client requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI concepts.
- Knowledge of AI agents, multi-agent systems, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, RAG, and MCP.
- Good understanding of full-stack application architecture, REST APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations.
- Programming experience with Python and/or Node.js; JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge preferred.
- Ability to understand a business problem and independently translate it into a working technical solution.
- Familiarity with models/platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or similar.
