We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Commis Chef / Beverage & Dessert Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing smoothies, milkshakes, waffles, and ice cream-based desserts while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies, milkshakes, waffles, and desserts as per company standards
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and preparation area
- Monitor stock levels and assist in ingredient preparation
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Support daily kitchen and counter operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in beverage or dessert preparation preferred
- Knowledge of smoothie, milkshake, waffle, and ice cream preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for food and customer service
