Hiring – Sales Executive | Construction Industry
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate should have experience or interest in both B2B and B2C sales within the construction, building materials, interiors, infrastructure, or real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads for both B2B and B2C sales
- Develop business relationships with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and individual customers
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product/service presentations
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable construction solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with clients and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain sales reports and market feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction or related industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle both corporate and retail customers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
