Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our growing Healthcare team. You will drive brand awareness, develop strategic promotional campaigns, and manage key clients relationships. The ideal candidates possesses a deep understanding Healthcare ecosystem, combined with exceptional communication capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign management-Design, implement, and track targeted marketing strategies for Healthcare services and medical products.
Market Analysis-Research industry trends,competitor activities, and patient demographics to identify new market opportunities.
Engagement- Build strong relationships with customers, doctors, hospitals administrators, corporate clients.
Content Development- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochure, digital content, presentations, and newsletter copies.
Sales Enablement- Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to provide them with impactful marketing tools and product training.
Event Coordination - Organize and represent the company at medical conferences,health camps,webinars,and trade exhibitions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
-option A : MBA in marketing or Healthcare Management with minimum 1 year of experience in pharma, Healthcare or health insurance.
-option B : Bachelor's degree in any science stream ( B.sc,B.Pharm,etc.) with minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma, Healthcare or Health insurance.
Skills & Competencies
- Domain Knowledge: solid foundational background in science to quickly grasp complex medical concepts and terms.
- Language proficiency: Near-native or highly fluent command of written and spoken English.
- Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal,presentation,and persuasive skills to negotiate with high-level medical professionals.
- Digital savvy : Familiarity with modern digital marketing and social media platforms is preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data trends and translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
