Business Development Manager

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

*Job Role*
BMP Ventures Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to expand business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth in the media and entertainment sector.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills with a passion for sales and business expansion.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in media and entertainment markets
* Generate leads through networking, client meetings, field visits, and market research
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
* Present company services and solutions effectively to prospective clients
* Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
* Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
*Eligibility Criteria*
Educational Qualification
* MBA with minimum 3+ years of experience
OR
* Any Graduate with minimum 5+ years of experience
*Experience*
* Experience in business development, sales, marketing, media, advertising, or entertainment industry preferred
*Required Skills*
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
* Target-oriented and self-motivated
* Good networking and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
