About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, executing campaigns, and driving brand awareness through strategic social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify new opportunities.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build strong online communities.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to create impactful campaigns.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Optimize campaigns and content based on performance metrics and audience insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with social media management and scheduling tools.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign optimization.
- Excellent content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
