Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Document support requests, solutions, and system changes in a ticketing system.
- Perform software updates, system backups, and routine maintenance.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level IT teams when necessary.
- Train users on basic IT procedures and best practices.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees by preparing and recovering IT equipment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
