This role requires a highly skilled and motivated faculty member specializing in Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC) for competitive exams such as CAT, IPMAT, CLAT, and CUET. The ideal candidate should possess:
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching & Content Delivery: Deliver high-quality, engaging, and structured lectures to help students excel in VARC.
- Student Mentorship: Take full ownership of students' performance, guiding them effectively to achieve top scores.
- Inspiration & Motivation: Instill confidence and inspire students to take competitive exams seriously.
- Operations & Coordination: Actively participate in academic operations, curriculum development, content development and test-prep strategies.
Eligibility:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong command over English language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension.
- Excellent Communication Skills to engage and interact effectively with students.
- Academic Excellence: Must have secured 90+ percentile or above in CAT (VARC).
- Familiarity with the exam pattern, question types, and strategies for exams like CAT, GMAT, GRE, CLAT, and other competitive tests.
- Passionate Educator who can take complete ownership of students’ success.
- Bachelor’s or Masters in Engineering is preferred.
This role is for someone who is dedicated, results-driven, and passionate about mentoring students to ace competitive exams. Candidate would be working directly under guidance of the founder of Ekoching.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
