Maps the market, detailing of prospective and regular customer list and prepare business
plans for the territory.
2. Set up the sales and marketing footprint as per the business plan in both Govt. and Non-
Govt. sectors across territory.
3. Leverage existing product lines and commercialize new product lines and applications to
grow the market & company’s Share of Business.
4. Create & maintains associates and monitor their regular output and secure mechanisms
for gaining market intelligence
5. Provide alert to S&M support team within least time highlighting product failures and
customer complaints, if any and resolve amicably with other cross-functional team to
achieve closures within timelines.
6. Work on opportunities to include product lines in the DPR estimates and pre-tender stage
on all State/ Central Schemes, and consider these as strategic jobs of highest importance.
7. Develop and achieve results as per the funnel management process, maintain active
database of key contractors and key govt. officials/ dept. ministers across assigned
territories and arrange necessary meetings with other team members and use it for
business development activities as well.
8. Make presentations to key customers to promote product line, concept of product and
product related information for business and brand development.
9. Inform Sales Manager/Business Head for works in pre-tender stage on all state/Central
schemes and consider for inclusion in DPR through them.
10. Develop database and arrange necessary meetings with Sales Heads of Key contractors/
Key Govt-officials and department ministers across assigned territories and use it for
increasing business.
