We are looking for a Field Response Officer to join our team at Bilvcon Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits for Vendor verification, Center Verification and Center Management.
- Successfully conducting Training and proper management.
- Prepare accurate field reports and submit them within prescribed timelines.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Manager or Center manager and provide status updates on assigned tasks.
- Ensure all field activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Verify documents, addresses, assets, or Vendor's information as required.
- Handle Vendor interactions professionally and maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain confidentiality of Vendor's information and company Data.
Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain daily activity logs and records.
- Meet productivity and quality targets set by the organization.
- Follow safety protocols while performing field duties.
- Travel within assigned territories as required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
