Job Title: Line Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Line Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production line operations, ensuring efficiency,
quality, and safety standards are met. The role involves managing workers, monitoring production
output, and ensuring smooth workflow on the line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage production line workers
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain discipline and attendance of team members
- Identify and resolve production issues or delays
- Ensure proper utilization of machinery and resources
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns
- Maintain production reports and daily records
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies
- Train and guide new employees on line operations
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of production processes and machinery
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Graduate in any field (Mechanical/Production preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG / packaging / perfume / plastic industry (if applicable)
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
Working Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Standing for long hours on the production floor
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
