The HR Recruiter will be responsible for all activities in the Recruitment Lifecycle, i.e. managing end-to-end hiring process. He/She will be providing valuable support to the HR Team and management.
- Job Descriptions: Partner with department managers to create and update accurate job descriptions and evaluation criteria.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for active and passive talent using professional networks (like LinkedIn), job boards, and employee referral programs.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's culture and values to attract top-tier professionals at career fairs and recruiting events.
- Resume Review: Evaluate resumes and applications against minimum qualifications and required skill sets.
- Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary phone or video interviews to assess communication skills, motivations, and cultural fit.
- Assessments: Administer and evaluate technical or aptitude tests to ensure a candidate's readiness for the role, if required.
- Scheduling: Coordinate schedules between candidates and busy hiring managers, ensuring interview panels are fully prepared.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and synthesize feedback from interviewers to make definitive hiring decisions.
- Negotiation: Manage the salary and benefits negotiation process, drafting and extending formal job offers.
- Compliance: Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and employment eligibility assessments.
- Pre-boarding: Guide the candidate through initial paperwork and facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation into the company.
- ATS Management: Maintain highly accurate candidate pipelines and data using the company's Applicant Tracking System.
- Analytics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire.
- Advisory: Advise hiring managers on prevailing market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversees end-to-end processes, including job offer generation, seamless onboarding/induction, probation tracking, transfer/promotion updates, and offboarding or exit formalities.
- Data & HRIS Management: Maintains the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/HRMS), ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Employee Support & Helpdesk: Acts as the primary point of contact for day-to-day employee queries regarding company policies, leave, or payroll, resolving issues efficiently.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to Planning and Execution of Employee engagement activities aimed to motivate and provide valuable engagement with employees.
Graduation in any stream or MBA Freshers
