We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer (4–6 years) with strong expertise in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Power Automate to modernize and migrate our existing SharePoint 2019 On-Premises custom applications to a modern architecture using SPFx with React JS. The candidate will play a key role in transforming legacy custom solutions built using Provider-Hosted Add-ins, C# code, JavaScript, Power Automate, and SQL Server backend into scalable, modern SharePoint solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing SharePoint 2019 On-Premises custom applications (~30 applications). Rewrite and modernize applications using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) with React JS. Replace legacy Provider-Hosted Add-ins with modern SPFx components. Design and implement client-side web parts, extensions, and reusable components. Integrate Power Automate workflows to enhance business processes. Ensure seamless integration with backend systems (SQL Server / APIs). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during migration and post-deployment. Follow best practices for SharePoint Online / Modern SharePoint development. Required Skills & Experience 4–6 years of experience in SharePoint development. Strong hands-on experience with: SPFx (SharePoint Framework) React JS TypeScript, JavaScript Power Automate Flow Experience in migrating legacy SharePoint solutions (Add-ins) to modern SharePoint. Working knowledge of: REST APIs / SharePoint APIs Experience with SharePoint 2019 On-Premises environment. Understanding of SQL Server integration. Familiarity with modern UI/UX design principles. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git hub & TFS). Experience working in Agile methodology. Key Deliverables 1.Modernized SPFx-based applications replacing legacy solutions. 2.
