Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programs, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about sales, communication, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Counsel prospective students on suitable educational programs.
- Explain course features, eligibility, fees, and career benefits.
- Build strong customer relationships and manage the complete sales cycle.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Academic Counseling, Telesales, Telecalling, BPO, or Customer Service is preferred.
