Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
- Welcome members, guests, and prospective clients professionally.
- Manage member check-ins and facility access.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
- Handle visitor registrations and maintain reception area standards.
Customer Service
- Provide information about gym memberships, personal training packages, and wellness services.
- Resolve basic member concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Build positive relationships with members and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with members regarding appointments, renewals, and service bookings.
Appointment & Schedule Coordination
- Manage trainer schedules and wellness appointments.
- Coordinate bookings for ice plunge, sauna, steam, recovery sessions, and consultations.
- Send appointment reminders and confirmations.
Pay: ₹8,616.90 - ₹24,016.42 per month
