Job Description – Data Entry Executive
Location: Vashi, The Corporate Park
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain company data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and Excel sheets
2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
3. Handle large volumes of data efficiently and accurately
4. Verify, correct, and validate data when required
5. Use Excel formulas and functions for reporting and analysis
6. Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically
7. Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates
8. Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
9. Generate reports and summaries as requested by management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate preferred
2. 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry or MIS-related roles
3. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Basic Excel Formulas
Data Filtering & Sorting
Conditional Formatting
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Google Sheets

- Experience in MIS reporting
- Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems
