1. Patient Care
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
2. Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and guide junior nurses and nursing assistants
- Assign duties and manage shift schedules
- Train new staff and support skill development
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and standards
3. Clinical Coordination
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in patient rounds and care planning
- Handle emergency situations and critical cases efficiently
4. Administrative Duties
- Maintain ward inventory (medications, equipment, supplies)
- Ensure cleanliness and infection control practices
- Prepare reports and maintain records for audits
- Assist in policy implementation and quality improvement
5. Patient & Family Support
- Educate patients and families about treatment and care plans
- Provide emotional support and counseling when needed
- Address patient concerns and complaints professionally
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
