Key Responsibilities:
· Generate qualified leads for property sales through field visits, networking, and referrals
· Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable property options
· Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and property owners
· Conduct and manage property site visits with clients, ensuring a professional experience
· Follow up with leads consistently until successful deal closure
· Lead, manage, train, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets
· Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and efficiency
· Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
· Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on leads, site visits, and sales progress
· Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets aligned with business goals
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· 4–8 years of experience in real estate/property sales
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge of local property market trends
· Ability to manage and lead a sales team effectively
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work
