Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Assistant to support the daily administrative and operational activities of our real estate firm. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling government tender submissions, particularly through the GeM portal and other government e-procurement platforms. The role also involves monitoring day-to-day office operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and submit government tenders through the GeM portal and other government e-procurement portals.
- Maintain all tender-related documentation and ensure compliance with eligibility and submission requirements.
- Track tender opportunities, deadlines, corrigenda, and bid results.
- Monitor daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain records, files, reports, and office documentation.
- Follow up with vendors, clients, and government departments as required.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and operational updates for management.
- Support senior management in administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record management.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the GeM portal and government e-tendering procedures.
- Experience in handling government tender documentation and submissions.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- MBA from a recognized university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in office administration, government tender management, and operational coordination.
- Prior experience in the real estate, infrastructure, construction, or contracting industry will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Well-versed in GeM, e-procurement, and other government tender portals.
- Capable of independently managing office operations.
- Strong leadership and coordination skills to monitor day-to-day work assignments.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
