We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Education Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students regarding educational courses, career options, and training programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper records
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, and career opportunities
- Maintain student database and update CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic team
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of courses like Digital Marketing, IT, or other training programs (preferred)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under targets
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (MBA/BA/BBA preferred)
- Prior experience in counseling, sales, or education industry is a plus
