Role Overview
We are looking for freshers or candidates with 1+ year of experience who are passionate about pets, enjoy interacting with pet parents, and are comfortable with customer support and sales.
As a Customer Support & Sales Executive, you will be the voice of Bruno’s and play an important role in supporting customers throughout their journey. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, converting enquiries into orders, encouraging repeat purchases, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Provide prompt, professional, and customer-focused support
- Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable Bruno’s products
- Convert customer enquiries and leads into successful orders
- Follow up with potential customers to improve sales conversions
- Follow up with existing customers and encourage repeat orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pet parents
- Assist customers with product-related queries and order support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and customer conversion targets
Requirements
- Good computer handling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tamil communication skills are required
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage
- Interest in pets and the pet care industry is preferred
- Previous experience in customer support, telesales, inside sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently
- Comfortable with customer follow-ups and sales conversions

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
