- Recruitment and onboarding of employees across departments.
- Managing employee attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and HR records.
- Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and company procedures.
- Conducting performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinating training, development, and team-building programs.
- Maintaining employee data, documentation, and compliance records month-wise.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR management tools.
- Min 5 yrs experience as HR Manager is required.
- Experience in Manufaturing/ IT is a Plus.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
