Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Executive to manage and recover outstanding payments from customers. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and minimizing bad debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers when necessary
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal) to resolve disputes
- Prepare regular reports on collection status and aging analysis
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Escalate critical cases to management when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in collections (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
