Make outbound calls to prospective customers and Farmers
Explain the company's dairy farm franchise plans and services.
Generate and qualify leads.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
Update daily calling reports in Excel/CRM.
Schedule appointments for the sales team
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Confident and persuasive communication skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Positive attitude
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
