Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HCM Functional Lead Consultant with 8+ years of experience to join our team for Payroll & Benefits or Payroll & OTL expertise. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth hands-on expertise in Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules, coupled with a proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on experience in handling the Implementation \ Managed Services for the clients and deliver work effectively in client-facing scenarios
Key Responsibilities
- 8 to 12 years of hands-on Functional experience on Oracle Cloud Payroll, OTL and Benefits modules.
- The candidate must have Implementation & Support experience on SaaS HCM Modules in OTL, Benefits & Payroll.
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios using Oracle SaaS HCM.
- Ability to work with technical team in explaining the requirements.
- Experience in functional design documentation and functional testing & Regression testing.
- Ability to handle tickets independently as an Individual contributor and also lead the projects.
- At least should have worked on a minimum 4+ end to end implementations on above modules.
- Should have a good understanding on Workflow Notifications, Approval configurations, Security.
- Experience in handling data conversions( HDL/HSDL), Fast Formula and BI Reporting is an added advantage
- Good communication, presentation, and inter-personnel skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
