Main Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled “Service Salesperson” for leadership position who is able to lead the our Service Business vertical and the team of ~15 people as Business Head.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the Service Sales business in India. This person will be responsible to generate leads for Service sales and convert them into orders.
- Having good knowledge of HVAC System Solution & able to promote comprehensive system solutions sales aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Good knowledge of Retrofit Solutions to be able to generate Sales from Retrofitting solutions and deliver energy savings to the client. This includes the replacement of traditional fans and motors with energy-efficient EC fans.
- Strengthen spare parts sales for the existing large installation base of Air Handling Units (AHUs).
- Promote and secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) to increase the sales volume from our Central Cooling Units (CCUs) post-warranty.
- Responsible for the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the service business, including accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Having knowledge of Control & Instrumentation to be able to promote the solution within build controls.
- Oversee resource allocation and project management to ensure timely delivery of service solutions.
Profile:
- Around 15 years of experience in System Solutions Sales or Retrofit Solutions, with a proven track record in leading teams and managing projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Good knowledge of HVAC system design.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
