Dhyan Chess Academy is a leading global online chess academy founded and led by a Woman International Master (WIM) and FIDE Instructor. We provide structured, curriculum-based chess education to students across multiple countries and are committed to developing strong chess skills, confidence, discipline, and a love for the game.
As we continue to expand our academic team, we are looking for passionate, responsible, and long-term-oriented Chess Trainers to join us remotely.
This is a professional teaching role for individuals who value structured learning, accountability, punctuality, and continuous professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured online chess classes for children and young learners.
- Follow the academy’s curriculum, teaching methodology, and academic standards.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and interactive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback when required.
- Maintain professional communication with the academic and management teams.
- Attend internal training sessions, meetings, and academic development programs as required.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Strong understanding of chess fundamentals.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Laptop/desktop with a stable, high-speed internet connection.
- Quiet, professional, and suitable environment for conducting online classes.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to teach children with patience, clarity, confidence, and authority.
- Highly punctual, responsible, disciplined, and committed to a long-term association.
Working Schedule
- Work-from-home / Remote position.
- Classes may be scheduled on Sundays as well, and candidates must be comfortable taking Sunday classes whenever assigned.
- Trainers are expected to maintain punctuality and adhere to their assigned schedules.
