We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Telecalling Executive with prior experience in sales coordination or telecalling, strong follow-up discipline, and excellent English communication skills. The role involves handling customer follow-ups on enquiries and quotations, coordinating with the presales team, and supporting sales closure activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on all sales enquiries and submitted quotations through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with the presales team for quotation revisions and clarifications
- Support negotiation and assist the sales team in closing opportunities
- Update all follow-up activities and customer interactions in CRM / ERP system
- Ensure timely communication with customers and maintain professional relationship
- Meet daily follow-up targets and monthly performance goals
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Coordination / Telecalling / Inside Sales
- Excellent English communication (spoken & written) – mandatory
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills
- Ability to work with targets and follow structured follow-up process
- Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM systems)
