Responsibilities:
As a Managed Services Consultant II, you will support Planview SaaS applications within the Planview portfolio. This role involves monitoring, delivery coordination, reporting, and hands-on technical troubleshooting in a hosted environment.
- Support Planview SaaS applications: monitoring, delivery coordination, and reporting.
- Work on trouble tickets, manage scripts, create SQL jobs, and troubleshoot IIS.
- Collaborate with customers, prospects, and internal teams to diagnose connectivity and performance issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Portfolio setup, configuration, and administration.
- User access, security roles, and governance management
- Reporting and dashboard creation (Power BI)
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals
- Experience with portfolio reporting, risks, dependencies, and resource management
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis knowledge
- Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Qualifications:
Experience: up to 5 years
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written fluency in English).
- Willingness to work on night shifts to support US & European customers.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint preferred).
- Intermediate-level knowledge of SQL (Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL preferred).
- Familiarity with project/agile/lean management tools (Planview, Clarizen, Clarity, CA PPM, Primavera, HP PPM, JIRA, Teamwork) is a plus.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree (BE, MCA, MBA) or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
