Your future role

You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of all activities during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) at the customer site. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as project management, engineering, and customer relations), oversee the delivery of contractual obligations, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing customer relations regarding all DLP-related activities, but also ensure compliance with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
We’ll look to you for:
Acting as the first point of contact with the customer maintenance/operations representative during the DLP phase
Ensuring all DLP obligations are met in line with the contract
Coordinating training, materials, tools, and resources needed for DLP activities
Managing field modification implementation and ensuring compliance with DfQ cycle requirements
Conducting reliability management and growth activities
Overseeing defective material identification, repair loops, and warranty spares availability
Developing and executing the Project PI Management Plan
Overseeing warranty phase activities, including reliability growth reporting, Return of Experience (REX), and customer meetings
Ensuring proper allocation of costs related to DLP activities
Collaborating with suppliers to establish and execute the DLP strategy and mobilization plan

B.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Electrical Engineering
Experience or understanding of customer relations management
Knowledge of defect liability processes and reliability management
Familiarity with project management principles and DfQ cycle requirements
A certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage
Strong leadership and customer management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
