Job Description – Software Developer (Fresher)
We are looking for passionate and motivated Software Developer Freshers to join our team and work on real-world web, software, and AI-based projects.
The candidate will get hands-on experience in full-stack development, modern frameworks, and live client projects while growing their technical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web and software applications.
- Work with frontend and backend technologies on live projects.
- Support the development team in coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers.
- Learn and implement modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Participate in project discussions, brainstorming, and team meetings.
- Help improve application performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Maintain proper documentation and project updates.
Skills & Technologies (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, or Django is a plus.
- Understanding of databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Interest in full-stack development, APIs, and modern web technologies.
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub and deployment concepts is preferred.
