Reports To: Sales ManagerJob Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for selling vehicles to individual customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain product features
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities
- Follow up with prospects to close sales
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and records
- Assist customers with financing, insurance, and documentation
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and persuasion abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of automobiles
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of sales experience (automobile preferred, freshers may apply)
- Valid driving license
