We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Career Counselor to drive student admissions for our professional programs in Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Graphic Designing.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with students and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend the right program, and convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital campaigns, calls, walk-ins, references, and other sources.
- Understand the student's educational background, career aspirations, interests, and requirements.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable programs such as Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Graphic Designing.
- Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, program benefits, fee structure, batches, and admission process clearly.
- Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions through calls, WhatsApp, video calls, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students and parents to move leads through the admissions funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counseling interactions, and admission status in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to enrollment.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure accurate communication regarding courses and batches.
- Identify opportunities for referrals and additional admissions from existing students and alumni.
- Stay updated about industry trends, career opportunities, and the latest developments in Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Graphic Designing.
- Handle student objections related to fees, career prospects, course duration, competition, and other concerns effectively.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, career fairs, webinars, and other student engagement activities when required.

- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Data Science, Graphic Designing, or other professional career programs is preferred.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Preferred Experience
- 0 – 4 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, inside sales, career counseling, EdTech, or training institutes.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales/counseling may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
