Identify technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to end users.
Ensure systems are updated with the latest patches, upgrades, and security updates.
Perform network cable crimping, punching, and LAN testing.
Install and manage antivirus software and set up meeting/communication applications.
Possess basic knowledge of networking concepts, including ADSL routing and switching.
Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues for end users.
Monitor and maintain CCTV IP cameras and ISP links to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
