Job Title: Laundry Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the hotel's laundry department. The ideal candidate should have prior hotel industry experience and strong leadership skills to ensure efficient laundry services and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
- Manage and train laundry staff to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Monitor the quality of linen, uniforms, and guest laundry services.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of laundry equipment and machinery.
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies and chemicals.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments regarding linen requirements.
- Prepare duty rosters and monitor staff attendance and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Laundry Supervisor in a hotel.
- Good knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and stain removal techniques.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
