About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Product Manager ( Oncology ) to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess strong oncology product management experience with the ability to develop brand strategies, drive product growth, support successful product launches, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned oncology brands.
- Prepare brand plans, promotional campaigns, and product launch activities.
- Create scientific promotional materials, visual aids, LBLs, presentations, and digital content.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Conduct product training programs for the field force.
- Support sales teams through effective marketing initiatives and field interactions.
- Plan and conduct product training programs, cycle meetings, and launch meetings for the field force.
- Collaborate with Medical, Sales, and Supply Chain teams for smooth brand management.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze business data, and recommend strategies to improve market share and brand profitability.
- Engage with KOLs and support scientific activities such as CMEs and conferences.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Oncology products and therapy areas.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical brand management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and launch projects independently.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
