About the Role
We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager – North to drive secondary sales growth across UP, Haryana, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir. The role involves managing distributor networks and strengthening direct dealer relationships across the region.
Responsibilities
- Drive secondary sales growth across the assigned North India territory
- Manage and expand the distributor network
- Build and maintain relationships with direct dealers
- Track territory-wise sales performance and address gaps
- Ensure distributor and dealer activities align with company sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to support regional sales execution
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience driving secondary sales growth
- Experience in the lighting industry
- Proven track record handling lighting distributors and direct dealers
- Experience managing at least 5 territories
- Strong alignment with the company's vision and mission
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
