DevOps Engineer (Scrum/Agile)Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with experience working in Scrum/Agile environments to help build, automate, and maintain scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, cloud technologies, continuous integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and respond to production issues.
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to support Agile delivery.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Automate deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.
- Continuously improve DevOps processes, deployment strategies, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Experience using Git and version control best practices.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform certifications.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or Splunk.
- Knowledge of security scanning and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience supporting microservices-based applications.
