Job Description:
We are looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective system solutions. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Work with development and QA teams for solution delivery Perform system analysis, testing, and validation Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities Ensure alignment between business goals and IT solutions Support stakeholders with data insights and reporting Required Skills (1 line): Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, BRD/FRD, SQL, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Agile/Scrum, UAT, Communication Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar role Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP/CRM systems Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
