We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results. Preferred Skills: Experience in [industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, FMCG, etc.] Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms.
