Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and patient-focused Front Desk Executive – Sales & Query Handling who will be the first point of contact for patients. The role involves managing patient interactions, handling inquiries, converting leads into appointments, supporting patient retention, and ensuring a smooth front-office experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle patients professionally in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Interaction & Query Management
- Welcome and assist patients with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp queries, walk-in inquiries, and online leads.
- Understand patient concerns and provide accurate information regarding services, consultations, and treatment processes.
- Coordinate with the clinical team for patient-related queries whenever required.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with patients.
2. Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
- Explain EEZ Align services, packages, and patient journey clearly.
- Follow up with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain daily lead tracking and update CRM/records.
- Support patient retention and renewal opportunities.
3. Front Desk Operations
- Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and cancellations.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Coordinate patient flow between reception and clinical team.
- Ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle billing coordination and basic documentation support.
4. Patient Experience Management
- Maintain high standards of patient communication and service.
- Collect patient feedback and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily reports of:
- Leads received
- Calls handled
- Appointments booked
- Conversion rate
- Follow-ups completed
- Patient feedback
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and patient engagement targets.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and sales ability.
- Patient handling and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills and documentation handling.
- Positive attitude with ownership towards responsibilities.
Preferred Qualification
- Prior experience in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, wellness, or customer-facing sales roles preferred.
- Experience with patient management systems, or telecalling will be an advantage.

Salary range: 20,000-30,000/- per month
