We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Executive to support day-to-day IT operations. The candidate will assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, provide technical support to users, maintain IT equipment, and help ensure smooth functioning of computer systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic technical support to employees.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot system, printer, and network issues.
- Maintain IT assets and documentation.
- Assist with system updates, backups, and security checks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
